League Details

The Carolina Sportsplex is organizing Floorball League games, now 2nd season (Fall) games have started. Please refer to the Winter League Brochure for more details. If you want to register yourself or a team please download and fill out this registration form and take it to the Sportsplex frontdesk. Following are some of the details of the league. Please read through them carefully.

Format: Four Co-ed teams with possible expansions as more players joins. 8 week regular season, 1 week playoffs

Day/Time: Time changes during each season. Please refer to the current season schedule in the links above

Cost: $50.00/player or $700.00/team

Teams: Minimum of 8 players, maximum of 16 players per roster. Maximum of 2 A level players per roster. 1 point bonus in the standings for every active co-ed team where at least one woman is playing in all games. A team with less than 6 players at the scheduled start of a game forfeits the game.

Goalies: Play for 1/2 price, but that team (who has a goalie playing at that rate) has to have a goalie in goal at all games. Wooden goalies only if both teams agree.

Referees: Play for free but must be available to officiate games.

Games: 3 periods of 18 min each, with 2 minute breaks between each period.

Equipment: The Sportsplex will have loaner sticks which can be rented at $1.00 per night at the front desk. Limited goalie equipment may also be available for loan.
